We do recommend making an appointment. By reserving an appointment in advance you ensure that there is a consultant available to work with you. Without a consultant, you are unable to try on gowns.
Walk-ins are accepted, but due to our schedule, we cannot always accommodate them. This is especially true on weekends.
You can call the salon and schedule one with the front desk, or you can fill out an appointment request on our site. You will receive a call back from our front desk within 24 hours to finalize your appointment. All scheduled bridal appointments do require a credit card number on file. This is just to hold the appointment. No charges are made to your card unless you fail to show up to your appointment, or if you fail to call to cancel.
Our bridal gowns start around $1200 and go up from there. These are prices for special order gowns. We always have sample gowns that are on sale for purchase as-is. We have several sale gowns that start at around $950. We are committed to stocking gowns that suit every style and every price range, and our huge inventory reflects that mission. Whether you’re looking for a good deal or a high-end exclusive dress, we have plenty for you to choose from.
Ideas are great! If you have photos, ideas, or even designers that you are interested in, please share them with us. You can even call ahead and check on specific styles to see if we carry them. Undergarments are also important. If you have a strapless bra you can bring one to your appointment, or you can wear one of our corset bras to make trying gowns on easier.
Our salon space is limited, and we ask that you try to limit your guests to 3 for bridal gown shopping. Please note, this includes anyone over the age of 2. We understand that there are lots of important people in your life that you want to share this moment with, so we will do our best to accommodate all groups, but please remember that seating can be limited.
These days it is so common for our brides to want to celebrate their bridal gown shopping experience with a toast and a glass of champagne. We completely understand, but we have to be so careful around the dresses. This is especially true because our salon is full of brides in their actual gowns. If you would like to bring champagne it must remain in the lobby of the salon. It cannot go back by the dresses, and we suggest saving it until after your appointment is finished.
We have a wide range of sizes for bridal and bridesmaid, including plus size dresses. Our bridal sample gowns start at size 6 and go up to size 28, and they can be ordered in an even wider range of sizes.
Our bridesmaid sample dresses start at a size 6 and go up to a size 20. These gowns can also be ordered in many different sizes.
In both bridal and bridesmaid, the majority of sample dresses are in sizes 8 to 12.
A wedding dress can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to arrive from the designer, so to allow for alterations, we recommend ordering a gown about 8 months out at the latest.
That’s okay! There are always exceptions based on the style and the designer, and there are sometimes rushes available. If you are working with limited time, we can ensure that you still get the gown of your dreams.
Bridesmaid dresses can take almost as long as a bridal gown. They typically take 3 to 4 months, so recommend ordering them 6 months prior to your wedding. Again, we can work with shorter timelines, but please give us a call to discuss your options.
We have a team of experienced and highly skilled seamstresses that alter bridal gowns that were ordered through our salon. We do not alter bridesmaid gowns, gowns that were not purchased at our salon, or sample sale gowns.
Brides are also not obligated to get their alterations done with us. Alterations are a service we are happy to provide our brides, but we also understand that sometimes there are places that are more convenient and easier for our brides to use.
Due to high demand, we are currently doing alterations on a first come, first book basis for our brides. We do, however, work with several local bridal seamstresses so you will be in good hands regardless.
Brides typically have 3 to 5 fittings for their bridal gown. At each fitting, a seamstress will pin the necessary work to be done, and that work gets checked at the subsequent fitting. Brides will also have an alterations consultant there to take notes, answer questions, and help explain the work that is being pinned. Brides are charged a la carte for the work that is done to their dress.
