  This weeks Betsy Bride Alyson wore a custom bridal gown made from a beautiful crystal Martina Liana corset top and a custom cut Allure skirt. She had trouble finding a complete gown that she loved the look of and so with the help of our seamstresses she worked some wedding magic. The resulting gown has a stunning beaded corset top with a full ruffled skirt. It is just one of the many ways that Alyson and her husband Eric incorporated custom touches into their wedding.   Alyson and Eric, were set up by friends back in 2014 and first met at a wedding of all places. Seems like it was a pretty good premonition. By December of 2015 they were engaged in Central Park on the ever-popular Big Rock. Their beautiful beach themed wedding took place at The Reeds in Stone Harbor, New Jersey.     The vivid photographs from Shane Carpenter at ReadyLuck Photography show a day filled with equal parts romance and fun. Everything from their first look on the beach to their dramatic sparkler lit exit were planned flawlessly. Even the weather seemed to know what to do.  Their soft color palette of blue greys and navy seem made for the weather and the water. In fact, the overcast day provided the perfect backdrop for everything from getting ready to walking on the beach.     They also found great ways to include personal details throughout the day. For their signature Moscow Mule cocktail they designed custom copper mugs engraved with their names and the wedding date. The decor also featured its fair share of custom signage and there was even a poster with a digital drawing of the happy couple that guests were encouraged to sign. They clearly pulled out all the stops to treat their guests to an amazing evening that included among other delicacies, a wall of donuts.     For Alyson the best part of planning the wedding was taking dance lessons with Eric and planning a fun dance with her father. We had such a fun time planning for it and practicing...it was so special.  I think it really got the vibe going because everybody was on the dance floor the entire night! The fun is evident in every photograph, and it looks like the dance lessons were worth every penny. In fact, they look priceless.     {Lindsey}
