These past few weeks have been full of upheaval and uncertainty. Like so many of our brides we have had to adapt and change plans and find new ways to approach almost every aspect of our daily lives.

It has been challenging and it’s ever evolving. We don’t have a lot of the hard answers that we would like, so we are learning, all of us, to be flexible and patient. We do not know how long we will have to remain closed for appointments, but we do know that it’s temporary.

As we move forward we know that it is important to connect with out brides and bridal community, and we know that it is important to keep everyone as informed as possible. 

We also know that you have questions. We have addressed some of these concerns below, and we have listed ways to contact us with specific questions as well.

Betsy Robinson’s Bridal Collection has been in business for more than 40 years. We have been an important part of your community, and we will continue to do so. We are a place of, “Yes,” and even in trying times we still continue to say it.

I Have Questions About My Order

If you have placed an order already and you have questions, please reach out to us via email at info@robinsonsbridal.com. We do have access to our designers and orders, but please allow two days for a response. We are working with very limited staff and will do our best to get you your info as soon as possible.

I Have Questions About an Already Scheduled Appointment

At this time scheduling and rescheduling appointments is difficult. We don’t have a definite timeline and that makes moving things around stressful for everyone involved. I Have Tried on a Dress and Need to Order

At this time we really do not know what ordering and shipping times will look like as we move forward. We anticipate delays, and we suggest that fall and winter brides do the same. If you have already tried on gowns and need to make a decision, please give us a call. We can take you through the ordering process and we can use a little technology and creativity to do what it takes to make your order possible.

If you have a fall or winter wedding and need to get the ball rolling on purchasing a wedding dress, we are here to help. Again, because we are anticipating shipping delays, we do urge brides to order soon.
